Welcome to The Fromong Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.legendsautographseries.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from us, including trading cards, sealed hobby boxes, and hobby cases.


By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.



1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase from this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.


2. Products and Sales


We sell trading cards, sealed hobby boxes, sealed hobby cases, and related collectibles, including but not limited to the Legends Autograph Series.


All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone for any reason.


3. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:


  • Individual trading cards
  • Sealed hobby boxes
  • Sealed hobby cases
  • Any Legends Autograph Series products


Once payment is completed, the item becomes the sole property of the buyer. No exceptions will be made.


4. Sealed Product Disclaimer


Sealed products are sold as-is. We do not guarantee:


  • Specific cards, autographs, relics, or inserts
  • Card condition beyond factory sealing
  • Odds, pack-out results, or value

Manufacturer odds and contents are outside of our control.


5. Pricing and Payment


All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.


6. Shipping and Risk of Loss


Shipping costs and methods are displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Insurance, if offered, is the buyer’s responsibility. If lost in the mail, it is your responsibility to have insured the package. We will not refund due to loss or damage of an item in our inventory. 


7. Chargebacks and Fraud


Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to:


  • Ban users from future purchases
  • Submit evidence to payment processors
  • Recover costs, fees, and losses associated with chargebacks
  • We use PayPal to process payments through our Marketing Agency Jump Start Marketing Concepts. You will be charged by that company through a business PayPal account. 


8. User Conduct


You agree not to:


  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Abuse customer support or staff

Violations may result in account termination without notice.


9. Intellectual Property


All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of The Fromong Collection and may not be used without written permission.


10. Privacy


Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.


11. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fromong Collection or our marketing agency we utilize Jump Start Marketing Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:


  • Use of the Site
  • Purchase or use of products
  • Delays, shipping issues, or manufacturer defects
  • Loss of data


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.


12. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fromong Collection or any of its affiliates or partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.


13. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State/Country of Colorado and the Country of the USA and County of Boulder County, without regard to conflict of law principles.


14. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.


15. Card Condition Disclaimer


All trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles sold by The Fromong Collection are sold AS IS.

We do not guarantee the condition, grade, centering, corners, edges, surface, print quality, or any other physical or visual attributes of any card, whether sealed or opened. Manufacturing defects, printing imperfections, surface scratches, edge wear, corner wear, centering issues, and other flaws may occur and are outside of our control.


Raw (ungraded) cards are not guaranteed to meet any specific grading standards, including but not limited to PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC or SWAU. No assurance is made that any card will receive a particular grade if submitted for professional grading.

Sealed products are sold as factory sealed. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, pack-out results, missing hits, or damaged cards within sealed products.


Condition disputes, grading outcomes, or manufacturer quality issues do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this condition disclaimer in full.


16. Graded Card Disclaimer


All graded cards sold by The Fromong Collection are sold AS IS and are accompanied by the grade and authentication assigned by the third-party grading company at the time of grading.


We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party grading service, including but not limited to PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC or SWAU. Grading opinions are subjective and represent the professional opinion of the grading company at the time the card was evaluated.

We do not guarantee:


  • The accuracy of the grade assigned
  • That a graded card will meet a buyer’s personal expectations
  • That a graded card will receive the same grade if resubmitted for grading
  • Future changes to grading standards or holder/slab design


Minor surface marks, scratches, scuffs, or imperfections on the slab itself may occur and do not constitute damage or misrepresentation.

Graded cards may fluctuate in market value. We make no guarantees regarding future value, investment potential, or resale performance.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for graded cards under any circumstances.

By purchasing a graded card, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer in full.
